customers are always right???

we owned a gasoline station... I did everything to make it BUM...the only problem was customers were very stupid every time they went inside... what will I do to cope with all the stress...we had increased our sales for the last 4 months. but then it went almost half of sales of one shift...

What do you mean by, they were stupid every time they come inside? Did they forget the pump number? What had you done to increase sales for the past 4 months, and did anything change dramatically? And as far as sales go, did another gas station open up near your location recently? Did the price of gas recently go higher? Please send me a message with more specifics regarding the loss of sales. Do not send me any dollar amounts, as this is none of my business.

actually, there's a lot of gasoline station offered lowest prices.. but we cannot do that because our margin is really low... they did was to order with the other product from other fuel company which is not legal to us... i'm thinking of other gimmick to help boost our sales.. competition in our location is very steep..

hi,thats true ,thats why in our country,our Gandghiji told that customers are god.....we have to study the pulse of customer and get success.

yes...but it really depends with them.. as a customer you must treat other people with respect even those who give them service didn't finish their studies,.

It's always the best to make the customer feel really important therefore make them believe that they are right. If they want something give it to them if they can afford it or suggest a cheaper alternative. Sales is all about gaining the trust of your customers.
