Making kids at 12 years!!!!

A week ago I hird at news about a girl who waith a child. That girl was having only 12 years. It was maried with a boy who had 14 years.
In Romania many gipsy families used to mary his childrens at a young age. Do you think it's good for those children?
Do you think is good to have a child at 12 years?

12 and 14? They are still children themselves. That should NOT be allowed at all. Here in the USA that is against the law. Even tho under age kids get pregnant every day normally they are not that young. Those kids have NO clue how to take care of a baby. There parents should be put in jail for letting that happen.
