i love that show . i try to get the episodes in DVD sets when i can . but what is it that makes CSI so great? 1.great storylines, classical whodunits in 21st century settings . 2.gruesome cadavers and macabre crime scenes 3.the science- virtually every episode is pregnant with scientific trivia

CSI series gave us the oppurtunity to peek at how a crime could be solved through latest forensic technology. It gave us insights on how to be a crime scene investigator. May i ask if what CSI do you like the most? CSI, CSI Miami or CSI New York?

i definitely think the original csi lasvegas is the best, possibly because 1.the story-writing procedure might have been spread too thin by expanding to 3 primetime shows. 2. it is painfully obvious Horacio is copying Grissom's style and mannerisms . i especially hate the monotonous way he talks (horatio always says a line where there is a pensive pause followed by a pun, this line comes up after every 3 or 4 lines he says ,like : i can't remember right now, but i will write one after the next csimiami i see .

For me it is the science and the puzzles. I myself enjoy trying to seperate fact from fiction. A lot of the things they do on the show are Real forensic techniques, while others are just special effects. In a way, because of how much forensics I know, it is like taking a quiz. To see if I can pick out the real from the fake.
