adolecence and puberty..a devil in disguise???..HELP HELP!!!

hello people..i dunnoh if youngsters who see this will even open this and read...but they shud!!!.but puberty is a very nasty stage of life..teenagers suffer through many kinds of phobias and fears...if u are one among the many who suffered them or are suffering them then go ahead and post ur experiences..and if u are urself in teenage and have any frustrations then post ur worries and problems...i'll try to think them over..if not me ...ppl who are more knowledgable might help u too..
