When is the best time to travel to Las Vegas?

My husband and I and some of our friends would like to go to Vegas sometime within the next few months, but we're not finding rates we can afford. Does anyone know when the best time to travel to Vegas is for an affordable price? Also, is it best to purchase air and hotel together?

I have not visited USA yet that's why i cannot ell but yes Las Vegas is a very good city it is thoroughly enjoyable

Yeah, we've already been there, and we absolutely love it. We went there on our honeymoon. That's why we want to go back so bad.
