Sava asana or the corpse asana

This the Asana aimed to rejuvenate while doing a series of Asanas. After doing a few asanas,intersperse with this Savaasana lying on the floor like a corpse,keeping all the limbs loose and tightening the limbs alternatively breathing normally. You should be able to see the air flow while inhaling and exhaling through your body. You may ask How on earth I can see the air. You are right. In the beginning you cannot see the air. With practice, you will be able to see the air which is an indication that you are fully immersed in Yoga. That's what is required and that's what will make your life worth while Its not magic. I have experienced it and continue to experience.
