What is the best part of the cow to eat for steak to bar b que? What is the best for a roast? Soft and tastie? I will be rating the best response. Thank you.

barbq u and roasting - almost any cut of meat can be made into a delictable meal, just patience is needed and some luck never hurts
try hangar steak for grilling and roasting would be loin and rib primal cuts. BarBQ U would be a good show to catch. That man grills lots of things and makes it look easy. Long and slow is the general rule. And don't over cook any cut you don't want leather. better to be a bit on the underdone side since it will continue to cook for a few minutes once removed from heat.
