If You Collect Hummel Figurines

I just began collecting Hummel items. I wish I did this a while ago, but better late than never. I'm trying to get all information possible so I know when I'm buying a piece that it may eventually have a high value. If you have any facts or advice, please feel free to post. If you do not, please post answers to other questions.

I have a few pieces. My parents actually picked them up at an auction they go to.

I didn't know that. I'll have to look into going to auctions as well.
