Some tips 1. Set yourself achievable goals - don't set out for a weight loss of more than 2lbs per week. This is healthy and sustainable. 2. Keep a food diary to educate yourself about your eating habits. What are you eating too much of? When are you most likely to overeat? This knowledge will give you the power to take responsibility and make the necessary changes to your diet. 3. Exercise portion control. Eat smaller portions of food and eat more slowly, enjoying the taste and flavour. Stop eating when you feel full and leave food on the plate. 4. Get physical. Be as active as possible in your day-to-day life. Walk whenever you can, wash your car, spring clean the house, forget the remote control! Plan to do specific exercise sessions with friends 3 times per week. 5. Keep motivated. Remind yourself why you want to lose weight. Picture yourself how you want to look. Feel good about your achievements.

its really nice that you have shared the views about the slimness. but best thing to keep yourself slim n beautiful always try not to drink water after any kind of meals . take the lquid before the meals.

this is the fact that your mind tells few seconds later than your stomach filled . this s wy always try to drink liquids before any kind of solid meals. if we not follow this rule then fats wil be deposited around ur muscles n it will make you atty.

Excerise and eat right. A lot of people try diet pills and think they will lose weight with just those, but it's not really true. You need to also exercise and eat healthy. And remember, muscle weighs more than fat. So if you gain a few lbs. by excerising, it's okay

Only 3 things to follow: 1. Avoid eating junk food/oily food/foods which have fats 2. Drink 3 litres of water per day 3. Do exercises for 1 hour (swimming, static cycling, brisk walking).
