What do you do with "stinky" diapers?

I wrap them tightly in (generic) aluminum foil. Sometimes even double wrapped and then put in a plastic grocery bag, tied, and then tossed into a garbage can with a lid. The foil, with all its qualities (like mallability (sp?)) really closes the odor in. Anyone else do this?

We used to use one of those diaper genies that makes the long diaper sausages if you know what I mean.
When we couldn't do that, we used a regular plastic grocery bag double wrapped.

Oh, the diaper sausages! What an image. I had a diaper genie, thought it to be a hassle. Originally started putting them in a garbage can on the porch. Then, I felt bad for the postal carrier, so I started the foil thing. "It worked for me."
