MYLOT REPUTATION....what is it???

what is this new feature? just today there are stars with some people's names showing a number which is their mylot reputation....does anyone has any idea about it?

MyLot issued an alert about this a few hours ago. It may be in your messages section. The stars are our rating that is given to use by fellow MyLot members. It lets us know how we are doing with our quality replys, meaningful discussions, etc... all based on the overall view of the MyLot Community.

hmmmm ... I'm just know this about half an hour ago ....
I think it pretty good .. but what is the other advanced to the user that get those stars ? ex : got more cash bonus ?
