Smoking in public places

it is not allowed to smoke in public because it cause the other people respiratory diseases

yes i think smoking should be banned in public places as it is not only injurious to the smokers but also to the public

I think there should be smoking areas for smokers. Even the hospitals around NC allow for smoking. They have built enclosures for smokers, while not temperature-controlled, at least it is shelter from the elements, not including heat or cold. I know there are many non-smokers out there who will feel that it is not necessary and they dont want their air polluted with second hand smoke, but smokers have rights too
