Im a smoker, i started smoking since i was 16 years old and been doing it for 15 years now. I must admit that quiting smoking is not an easy job. I tried severals times to quit but without success. I suggest that you quit slowly as what im doing now. If you smoke a pack a day, try to lower it down 1-2 sticks or whatever you could handle until such time that you complete dont want to smoke. Im consuming 1 to 1/2 packs a day. For 2 years im lowering my consumption and i fairly reduced it to 10 sticks a day. I hope one day i could totally quit smoking. Just keep in mind that there's no quick way to quit smoking. If you'll attempt to end it quickly you'll be disappointed to know that you'll quickly return to smoking too. Well there you go i hope that helps Godd luck.
