From where do terrorist get guns?

I have seen in TV that streets of palastine,iraq,somalia have men/boys wielding AK47 and rocket launchers.From where does the terrorist get guns and sophisticated weapons.I have heard that even guns made by european companies reach the terrorists.Instead of killing the terrorists , cant we target those companies which makes and sell guns to these terrorists?
