Why do girls always try to dictate terms to men?

It is very strange . I love my girl very much but what I don't like is that she always tries telling me "Do this" and "Don't do that". Like as an example take smoking. I normally don't smpke much but a cigarette a day is ok according to me. But she's got a problem with that too ,she keeps on telling me "If you love me then quit smoking". I mean ,come on what does smoking has to do with love?
Has it happened with you also? Please tell me how to deal with this.

Now you see the point. Women always hide under the umbrella of febleness to oppress men. They tell men what they want and it has to be that or no more love.I guess the men should be bold to tell women that women are the greatest opperesor in the history of the world.

Your girl must be 4 years older than you. Then considering your tender age, she will always take the upper hand. I never came across anyone tying to get the upper hand over me or dictate terms to me. So beware. Don't look forward to a lifetime of suffering.

this is not a pecliar case. this is common and U need to listen this through out your life. even after marriage. this is wht is happening to all . that's why all men hate their wifes in this sense.
this is a habit of all gals by birth. Just to escape is use your two ears given by god. take in one ear and leave the message and happenings through the other ear.

haha. runsgame is humorous. well, but in this case, she meant well. Smoking harms yr health, anyone, be it a guy or girl would say the same thing to you. As a smoker, i receive comments from everyone, and im used to it. i think girls on their part, should learn their man the way he is, stop complaining and start listening.
