Money from pictures:
if i post one picture how it helps to earn more?How they calculate money for pic?
Money from referals:
Do i get anything if the person is not joining but just visited the site?

You can only post pictures when you have reached 500 points... I'm almost there!
As for your referrals, you earn a percentage of their earnings so they have to actively participate for you to earn from them.
In the meantime, enjoy the conversation and don't worry so much about earning money. This can be a lively fun place, and very informative too.

Thats not true. I have uploaded over 10 images and look at my score.
As far as referral earnings go, you get 25% as a commission from myLot. Its not deducted from the Referee's A/C. Remember referral earnings are only single level earnings.

yes you get paid for the pictures you post in disccussions you make. i am a newbie here in mylot too. i started joining the site last 3rd week of december. but due to vacation i failed to check the site and make discussions and responses for two weeks i guess. for less that 7days, i've earned $3.87, excluding what i might probably earn today. that's not so big but the thing is that am enjoying what am doing.
you can earn more if you make quality discussions and responses. upload photos and rate your responses. have fun.

Pictures earn more money. Yesterday, I uploaded 11 photos and earn 24 cents. Of course, quality posts earn as well. It is good to balance your posts, responses and picture uploads to earn evenly. I am trying to do that too.
Keep posting quality posts so that others can benefit from your sharing.
