What are you planning on getting you mother and father for christmas? What is the best present to give?

It wasn't a Christmas gift, but a birthday gift. My mothe had a dozen children. I got her a family tree engraved on jewelers metal mounted on an oak oval. The tree had my parents names, birthdays & wedding date at the base of the tree with the children around the tree branches. The best part of it is if I would want to down the road, add on spouses and grand children. She loved it and had to show everyone. I swear for a month, she took it with her everywhere and had to show it to all of her friends.

Thanks, it was and her response made it worthwhile see her show it off. I maybe had blinders on, but I don't ever remember her being as excited or appreciative of a gift.

Probably jewelry or something to pamper my mom and most likely music for my dad. Maybe a CD or two for him to listen to in his car.
