akashic records

I do not know about going to the Akashic records. But I do get visions of glimpses of what things are like in the alternate realities. Like if so and so did something they did not do, etc... Sometimes I can for see where my choices will lead, and others times I can not. I often have dreams and visions that give me small glimpses, and usually when I see these glimpses I am either being allowed to witness a change coming, or I am about to be given an instruction to help prevent this change and the reasons for it. Advice for astral traveling, is to try to learn how to lucide dream, and practice jumping, till you fly.. you go high enough to a certain point and your will automatically go into astral. Many dreams are astral traveling or obeing, and people do not realise it. It is hard to explain the difference. The other way to do so astral travel is through meditation and controlled breathing, lay there really still and relaxed, and as your breath in imagine yourself sinking into the earth a little and as your breath out imagine yourself projecting above yourself a little and keep doing this imagery imagining a littler further each time as your relax into a deeper state of mind, and this can help trigger a natural Out of body experience of take your directly into the astral plane. This will take alot of practice, for those who have never done so. It is hard for me to explain as I have had the ability to project and OBE naturally since I was a child. Take care, - DNatureofDTrain
