Do you think the Indian cricket team is worth the payment they are getting?

The Indian cricket tem gets so much money or thier matches(not to mention the extra money they a re making in terms of ads and other sources).
Thier recent performances have ben so pathetic.
Ithink just like they get rewarded if they play good,they should also be fined if they play bad..
What do you think???

Indian cricket board is the richest board and pays very well even if the players don't perform. I think the players should be payed on the bases of the performance at the particular match. And they should be fined if they don't improve and take the matches easily. They should be made to feel that they are playing for the country and they have lots of responsibility on there shoulders.
