Candid Yam Recipes...

I love making Candid yams. Here is a recipe by far I enjoy using. I add some little touches of my own with it. But overall this is a very good recipe. If you try it, Please let me know if you enjoyed it...

I love candied yams. My son-in-law makes the best ever yam casserole for Thanksgiving, he puts pecans and mini marshmallows in it. I shall look at your referenced recipe and see if it beats his.

Very nice. I never had pecans in them. But I will look for a good recipe unless you wouldn't mind sharing yours. That sounds yummi...
