No I have not had this experience. That's funny. I used to work for he phone company, back when you chose a long distance carrier. But anyway, there was a long distance company called I dont care. When we would set up their phone and ask "Who would you like as your long distance carrier?" If they said I don't care we would have to set them up with that company, whose rates by the way were horrible.
