quota ....path to failure.

hi we r all bitten by this quota bug but there is nothing to worry about the seats for general is the same so the obc's and all are eating their own grass they r not intruding the general's field so i don't think that they r going to harm anybody by launching this scheme this is for the benefit of people who r not able to enjoy certain privileges in the society what if u r not given food for one day u have not been in misery so u r saying this go and ask one who is not getting blanket in this chilly winter he will tell u what does misery mean if they r trying to uplift these people then what wrong they r doing if they will not do this then who is going to do this but if u still don't agree to me then also its ok it is my viewpoint which can vary from others
