Hello, I was just reading a story about a woman who had Sextuplets on http://www.cbc.ca/news/yourview/2007/01/sextuplets_in_fair_condition_v.html and was wondering if many people on here have had multiple births and how they cope? If not, like me, how do you think you would cope if this were to happen to you? I personally would probably feel a little overwhelmed to find out i was having twins let alone six at one time. Of course, I would do what was necessary but i just wondered how people cope with having so many tiny babies at one time? Thanks in advance to anyone that responds and i will rate you also, Tanika.

well I have twins but never had multiple births more than that and would not like it at all. Oh it would be dreadful and I only have two arms, I do not believe that I would be able to cope and it would stress me out, I would have to receive help from one of my friends for a couple of weeks to be able to get used to 6 babies all at once.

Oh, I would definitely being looking into a live-in nanny... That's just way too much for one person! Or even two - someone has to sleep some time!!! I really thought one at a time was hard sometimes...

You know, I don't know how that would be. I have two kids but they are not twins. One is 7 years old and one is 18 months old. Even now I just want to scream sometimes and feel overwhelmed. I guess I should say I am alos a single mother so I am both parents. I have a friend who has twins and then she also had another baby after them. She says that the twins were actually easier as babies because they kept each other company and seemed to be less demanding. I can see how that is definitely helpful.
