Can India make movies better n bigger than hollywood's

Bollywood is the largest film making place in terms of quantity; but comparitively the quality is not on par with that of holywood.
Technique, narration, screenplay, graphics, themes n all are larger than life a\in hoolywood.....
Shouldn't indian film make such films of international standard....

Bollywood movies do have that kind of money to make movies with all those graphics used in Hollywood but they are not.
There are many good films in Bollywood but all of them were not with technology but were with good stories not some sci-fi stuff ...

i think hollywood movies are of more production value
than a bollywood movies
but bollywood movies are more familiar with the foreign countries
but hollywood movies are hollywood movies if bollywood can compete with hollywood then why would bollywood actors try for a role in hollywood movies??

i think in india ,bollywood is making better movies than hollywood,here the stories are on people,us,but there in hollywood they are always busy in messing with aliens and robots.
