I've gone through series of publications on Internet but none has been able to adequately define Internet. Now that we have the opportunituy of being here, let us try to define Internet in our own understanding. This is how we will do it. I will start with the one I know, then you will all follow suit. What is Internet?? Internet is a state of chaos. Now, what have you?
