Been to Paris? Any top tips?

So its booked, I am off to Paris next month for a long weekend. I have never been before and was wondering if any MyLot users had any top tips? Nautrally i plan to go up the effiel tower and the lourve. What are the best times to go? Where else would you recommend? And where would you recommend to avoid?

You should be very attentive when paying bills in the restaurants - waiters in Paris love cheating foreigners!
