Do you take Vitimins?

I have been seeing ALOT of research being published that shows that most over the counter Vitimins and Supplements actually give no health benefit at all. A healthy Diet will give more benefical nutrients then any of the Multi-vitimins out there and yet people take them without even asking why? Now I know that they can in some circumstances be helpful as my Finace (Hello dear...) who suffers from Chronic Fatigue gets a small boost from a certain collection of them but for the average person they will have no affect or at least no benefit at all. So Does the vitimins you take really help you? Try going a month without them if your doctor says it is OK and see if you indeed feel any different or better...

Us kids growing up would ask for vitimins when we were growing up because all our friends were taking them and we wanted them to. My mom never bought them. She said you eat right and get all your vitimins in your food you don't need vitimins. She was and it still stands to day. I don't use vitimins. I do have a multi vitimin here in the house I only take it when I start to feel ran down.

I do the same thing. When I feel run down I'll take one or two to try and kick start the ole immune system.
