Hey, i'd like to know what everyone out there has heard about hoodia, or if you've tried it, or just about anything about it! If it actually works as an appetite suppressant or if it's helped you lose weight..I'm all ears, help me out here!

I am currently taking Hoodia and am extremely happy with the results. You have to research the product carefully and be sure that you are getting pure Hoodia; the market is full of fake products, and they won't work unless they are pure Hoodia. I have published my research and experiences on a blog: http://www.hoodiathepowerofnature.blogspot.com Take your time before buying, and you won't be disappointed!

thank you so much for writing back about it! and i'm glad that you've been having a good experience with it. We've been researching it on the web, but have been leery about taking any kind of "diet" pill to help us with our goals. But this is exciting. Do you have any side effects like headaches or anything?

The only side effect that I think I had was that I was extremely thirsty for the first 2 weeks, which seemed strange considering Hoodia is supposed to decrease thirst also. That has now gone away, and I have absolutely no side effects, and I am the type that would for sure have them if they were possible! Give it a try- if you buy the real thing, you won't be disappointed!

Both my wife and I read your blog and thought it was wonderful. We always appreciate anyone who understands what we're going through. Neither of us is appreciably overweight, but we know we can get there if we don't start doing something about it now.

Hi. I have tried Desert Burn's hoodia capsules in the past, and they did curb my appetite somewhat. The only problem with taking this weight loss supplement is that you have to want to take the supplement in order to curb the appetite! Tee hee! I stopped taking it when I wanted more of an appetite for some junk food. Now, I am trying to lose extra weight with the all natural approach. Good luck to you!
