how do you react when you heard really good joke??? Laugh aloud or just smile to yourself or grin????

im talking bout the really good joke and you cannot ignore the hang of it.i'm sure everybody might have come across this situation once in their life where they have burst out into laughter...

It depends on the type of joke. If the joke is really humours, I laugh out. If is stale and not interesting, I just ignore.
