Let's Write Our Own Novel~!

Here's a little experiment I thought might be fun~!
I will begin by writing a sentence. Write a sentence of your own -Just One- as your response to the last one submitted..Try to not look at the other responses, just the last one posted..
In 5 days, i will put all the sentences together in the order they were submitted, and see what our 'story' is about! Then i will post our story as the final response..Remember to not make your sentence 'too mature' for myLot's guidelines..a + for all good sentences submitted and best response for the best 'plot twister'!
I will begin with the first sentence of 'our story':
One day, i was walking down the street and i saw something..

it was like a flashback, i had to stop and think had what i had just seen really happening or was i dreaming

He looked at the ground..then slowly raising his eyes to mine..."Yeah..You always just wanted the lavender ones.. And all I ever wanted to give you was my heart..Well, you had it." My eyes then lowered to the pavement below, as I noticed he continued to keep the flowers hidden behind his back. "And you would steal these flowers again.. and just like the last time, taking my heart along with them." He then quickly turned away, walking away now, towards the other woman. And as he handed her the flowers, he glanced back at me, just long enough to meet my eyes again. Then, as his eyes fell to the pavement below, he put his arm around her shoulders and led her away..I stood there, froze. As the cars, the buses, the people, the traffic, all whirled around me..The only sound I heard was his footsteps pounding upon the pavement..walking away. I turned to walk away also, as I felt my eyes begin to sting with tears. Just before I turned away, I glanced down and caught a flash of lavender..There, floating in a little puddle of murky water, a single petal of the lavender flowers. As the sting in my eyes turned to hot flowing tears, I began to run...Away...Away from it all.

(Just a little interlude on my part to help our story along...If you would like to add more than one sentence, or to add a 2nd, 3rd, etc reponse -Please do! There are just 2 days left till 'our story' will be put together...Please contribute your input, your creativity, as much as you would like to~! There was the man of my dreams..who I was going to marry..laughing,and talking to another woman,she was holding these bautiful flowers,,MY FAVORITE FLOWERS! I was furious! I needed to confront him!! soo as I start to run over..he looks my way and see me,then he hides the flowers and...

~It looks to be the making of a romance novel so far..(with the person who began walking down the street a woman)
