How hectic is your work/job schedule?

How hectic is your work/job schedule? does it allow you to share at least one meal with your family in a day? Can a virtual family dinner replace a real one?

I am self-employed and work from home. I run a business and have to do everything myself from accounting to actually making the products I sell. I would say my job is extremely hectic. It's difficult to share a meal with hubby, but I really try and make the effort. What is a virtual family dinner I wonder?
