what do you know about tmj. the jaw problem?

Does anyone have it? If so , what have you found to be the best treatment or way to cope with it?

I have TMJ issues and as of today NOTHING has been solved to help me but pain relievers. I've been to dentist, physical theory, yes for my jaws, and nothing seems to work. I just take medicine when I feel the pain coming on...
