Blackburn family in England 1861 census in Cumberland

I am hoping that perhaps someone out there may have a copy of the 1881 census for England. If perhaps they could look up Thomas Blackburn. He was born abt: 1855 so would have been only 5 0r 6 at the time. I am hoping to find the names of his parents and siblings. He was in Workington by 1881and married but this census says he was born in Dearham, so I'm guessing that is where he'd have been in the 1861 census. I am in British Columbia Canada so am not finding any easy access to these records. great appreciation for someone willing to help on this. Sincere thanks, L. McInnis
