Alloh Messenger (Sollallohu-alayhi-wasallam) said, "Do you know the thing which most commonly brings people into paradise? It is fear of Almighty Alloh and good characters. Do you know what most commonly brings people into hell? It is the two hollow things : the mouth and the private parts."

Agreed with you robfargob! Like the the holy prophet (PBUH) said "a person gets into trouble mostly because of his tongue"!
