The Same Problem Again!

I had my little niece post a topic a couple of hours ago (she wanted to see what the hype was about)and when she went back to see if anyone had replied she noticed that someone wrote a similar post an hour later. People are still not reading before they post new discussions. Has anyone else noticed that there are still duplicated topics. This is a result of people not doing a little research before posting. Maybe it's just me, but if you see that someone wrote a post on the same topic 2 hours before you...hint, hint...get a new topic!!!
