I love movie quotes. I really don't know why I am so obsessed with them. I mean, they are just lines from movies. I often find myself repeating a line from a movie though. What are some of your favorite movie quotes. Two of mine from the movie Tombstone 1. I'm you Huckleberry 2. You tell 'em I'm coming, and hell's coming with me!

I have many many favorite movie quotes. See if you recognize this one: "Come up and see me some time." This is by Mae West. And what about this Godfather one: "Make him an offer he can't refuse." Do you recognize Al Pacino here in "Let me introduce you to my little friend." I think I'll write an article about it. Thanks.

My standard response for anyone who asks "What's with you today?" is "What's with today today?" (Lucas from Empire Records) "There is no try" (Yoda) "I have a bad feeling about this" (various -- Star Wars) "My nose is froze and my toes is froze." (101 Dalmations) "Too bad. So sad." (one of the brides in Van Helsing) "Someday you're gonna' get slapped and I'm not gonna' do a thing to stop it!" (slightly modified from 10 Things I Hate About You) I could go on for days... LOL

"Perfect love is rare indeed - for to be a lover will require that you continually have the subtlety of the very wise, the flexibility of the child, the sensitivity of the artist, the understanding of the philosopher, the acceptance of the saint, the tolerance of the scholar and the fortitude of the certain." ~Leo Buscaglia~

One of my most favourite quotes is "Life is a box of choclate and you never know what you gonna get" there are many others as well but it seems that I can only remember his one. Its from the movie Forest Gump. I loved the movie and the character as well. That guy was as pure as sunshine. I can only hope and try to be like that. He was quite pure and so God kept special watch on him. Take Care May GOD Bless YOU

The reason people relate to movie quotes, and song quotes, is because often, while we feel a certain way about something, no one has put it into the wording yet that appeals to us most. Then we hear it in a movie and think "that's exactly how I feel!". I have many movie quotes that I like or relate to, but recently it's one from the movie production of Rent, from the song Life Support that they sing at a meeting. "There's only us, there's only this. Forget Regret, or life is yours to miss." There's also another section of the movie, during the Another Day performance when Mimi and Roger are arguing, and she's outside with the other main characters behind her, she sings. "I trust my soul, my only goal is just to be." I love both those lines and have been pretty stuck on them lately. And by the way, no offense, but you have your favorite quote wrong. The line Doc says in Tombstone is "I'm YOUR huckleberry". He says it to Johnny Ringo, actually.

One of my favorite movie, that always comes to my mind is from the movie "Gladiator" starring Russell Crowe as Maximus - Rome's greatest general. In the movie, as Maximus addressed his legions to battle the Barbarians of Germania, he quoted the words, "What we do in life echoes in eternity". With those words, I was totally put into reflection about what we do in life and how important they are for the coming generation and our future. With that simple movie quote, everything we do generates a sense of purpose and a sense of being remembered, to the extent that, we can live life not in vain, but with great purpose no matter how little or big we influenced this world we live in. In other words, we can make a difference in everything we do.

My favourite movie quote would be from the movie The Matrix where Morpheus says to Neo "Throughout human history, we have been dependent on machines to survive. Fate, it seems, is not without a sense of irony. " The is my favourite quote and it hasn't changed so far ...

I quote movies often also! It's just fun, especially when you're with a group of people & you slip in a movie quoe & half of the people start laughing & the other half are wondering what's so funny about "Damn The Man!" One movie quote I have been able to relate to alot is from BeetlJuice "My life is a dark room. One...big...dark...room"

Hi! Some of my favorite lines are from the movie Wall Street. Money is only something you need if you don't die tomorrow. There came into Egypt a Pharoah who did not know...the rich have been doing it to the poor since the beginning of time, the only difference is the Egyptians didn't allow unions. One of my favorite movies ever! :-)

From the movie Hatari: Dallas is hosing off the elephants in a playful way. Pockets(Red Buttons) says to Shawn(John Wayne)...she could do it to me. Shawn replies...you could use it. You are right, there are thousands of great quotes.

"it is like your big chance to fix something which is not like your bike... you can fix a person" a line of Trevor McKinney played by Haley joel osment from Pay it forward. "if you do not believe in destiny, then why are we here tonight?" (serendipity) i do not know if this is exactly the line, but it is something like that.. "...your nothing but a second rate, trying hard, copycat!..." this is a line from a filipino movie Bituing Walang Ningning, a line from Cherie Gil, and Angelika dele Cruz when the movie was put into a tv drama series by ABS-CBN network.
