received an e-mail saying i won the lottery. checked the internet for heritage lottery fund but nothing about paying lottery winners. both using the logo, orange with some type of symbol on the left side, white symbol and both read heritage lottery fund. is the legit or a scam? my e-mil

Forget about it. I received a mail from Mexico saying I won something. But to claim the very big amount, I had to pay something. Imagine, I win and I have to pay!!! When I asked them to deduct from my winnings, then there was no reply from them. I wish there was a way to catch and punish such people.
