cas

we currently have CAS but the signal quality is pathetic! the cablewallah has no clue about it and my mom is pissed off cuz she's missing out on on her soaps...but i'm not complaining!!! however we ahve been contemplating buying TATA,atleast the meddlesome and incompetent cableguy will be eliminated from the picture. since you have experienced both of the formats,would you suggest that we junk CAS? is there any problem of signal and clarity in tata or dish and is it at par with the CAS in terms of money involved? please lemme know.
