PNP's SOCO (Scene of the Crime Operation)

PNP - as in Philippine National Police?? Hmmnn...one thing to ensure that the crime scene was not disturbed at all is to teach the regular policeman on how to barricade and control the crowd from not entering the crime scene...you see in the news wherein people,bystanders..and also news reporters clamoring to get near or to be in the crime scene... and another..crime scene operatives should not be policemen trained to be a scientist, but scientist trained to solved crimes...
