best HTML editing software? or best website designing tool?

i want a good HTML editor or site designing tool which can do everything a website needs. the tool should be capable to do everysort of editing and should be easy. im going to create my own blog site with a forum. can you guys name a few best out there?

have you ever try macromedia dreamweaver? I think it's the best html editor. It's not too hard to use it. And there's many plugin to simplify your work
