For me generally yes. The information are almost the same to the other sites similar to Yahoo. If there are fake information, this will not happen in Yahoo only but to all similar sites. I think this is hard to eliminate.
I think most of the information is useful and worth be trusting. However not every news or informations were trusted. For sometimes fake news may cheat us but we dont know ourselves.
