Suffering from Insomnia?? Try this!!

One of the major cause of insomnia is stress. When stress pilled up to the extent the one allows it to slowly and craftly crept into ones subconscious mind. This does not rule out the fact that there are other cause that are somehow related to siness and ill health. When you go to bed and you can sleep after a few minutes, say 20-30 minutes, get up your bed and help your self to the shower. Go back to your bed and try to have some yoga exercise. After the exercise, try hard to bear you mind out of any worries of the day. Make your mind completely bare and in few minutes you will go to sleep. The problem is that it is not all that easy to bear ones mind out of all worries. But by continuos practices with a very healthy thought, you will make it.

I don't have this problem because of work and stress, I oftrn am knocked out when I go to bed.

I agree stress can be a big factor in insomnia also certain foods that may contain things like caffenine would make it harder for you to fall asleep... I actually sometimes leave the tv on when I fall asleep..This helps when I have a lot on my mind..The sound from the tv sort of distracts me from all the thinking I might do when I hit that pillow..In total silence I may begin to wonder all the things of the day or the following day...I usually just put on a tv channel that just plays music..it helps me to fall asleep
