Soldiers are human too, don't they get scared to got war?

Soldiers like us are human too, don't they get frightened to march to war. Most of us are scared of death doesn't this affect soldiers too??

Yes they are humans but if they fear they'll never return alive, my dad is a pilot (fighter on the Meg-21 plane) he entered war 2 times he said to me that he always put in his mind that he is not afraid and that he is returning alive so that every time he really returns.
