Hi My desire is start a small independent job with my own i mean i want to start a small company but all my family members are want to work in a private company they are not allow me to start a independently own a job.Now I am very confused about how to achieve my desire? which one is good for me whether I join another company as a employee or start a own Job? please tell your advice I will follow as per many suggestions please take a time and guide me to get a good one thank you.
