Does anyone know how to find Mexican marriage records?

I was married between 2000-2002, in Taxco de Alarcon Guerrero, Mexico.Yes, Too much Tequilla!! lal. I need a copy of the marriage certificate. I am getting nowhere on the web. Can you please help me? Thank you.
