Reliable proxy for using internet in office

Hi, Can anyone help me in finding a reliable proxy which is not blocked by the IT companies. It is becoming really hard to find a reliable proxy which allows me to browse gmail or other such sites and is currently not blocked by my company.

Why do you even want to use a proxy? IMO it creates more problems than it solves. Explain what you need it for, and maybe I can suggest a better solution :-)

well the thing is that most of the sites are blocked at my office so i need an online proxy website which uses HTTP tunnelling to access other sites.. and allows me to surf the net without my office gateway figuring out which sites i am visiting.
