RAH!! Stupid mylot glitches!

I just had to vent about a problem that i just had here on mylot. I was responding to a discussion and was typing really fast (not my usual relaxed two finger typing) as i had alot to say on this particular subject. The computer and/or server was having a problem keeping up with me and kept lagging and then adding the words a few seconds after i had written them. So because of the lag and the fact that the computer was adding more than a few words at a time i kept getting the message about not pasting on mylot! It was sooo annoying because obviously i was not trying to paste anything. It took me ages to finish the post because i must have had at least 10 messages telling me not to post! RAH!, Thanks for listening, if anyone is, and have you ever had this happen to you? Or anything similar?
