Have any of you heard about the low sodium, no pork, beef, or chicken hot dogs?

I could live on icecream. My son is autistic and we're lucky if we can get him to eat one spoonful.

There are tofu hot dogs available and also tofu ground (like hamburger). Although I am not a vegetarian, I have used these products a couple of times and they are very good. I especially like the tofu ground because it is not greasy like hamburger but it works very well as spaghetti sauce meat or pizza meat.

Hi Kbkbooks, thanks for the response.
I posted this as a joke when I saw the picture.
But, I've had tofu dogs as well. I especially like Morningstar Corn dogs. They make a bunch of non-meat items.

the chicken or turkey hot dogs are pretty good. There is something that is in regular hotdogs that make me sick. I have had to use chicken or turkey hot dogs for years since they are the only ones that do not make me sick.

A great pic showing the HOT DOG
May be your children thinking of the same about the hot dog. Once show them the original one and tell them that this is the hot dog, not the one which they are thinking of

I love weiner dogs. If I ever got one, I'd be dressing it up in cute little outfits all the time. For the dogs' sake, maybe it's better that I don't get one. No dog deserves that :D
