Fan Fics? Mainly General Hospital, of course. Personally, I like to stick to the Jason and Elizabeth ones if and when I do read them. Right now, their story is unfolding very nicely, so I have not read any in awhile, but some of them are really great and methinks even Guza, head writer must have read some, judging by what we are seeing on screen now.
