How important it is to have a good personality?

Few people have a very good personality, few people doesn't! I saw several people have very good personality, but they are not a good person in reality. Again there are several examples where you will find very good hearted people, but with bad personality.
Sometimes personality is an outer cover of your mind. The people who has very good personality, it is very difficult to understand their reality. Again if you don't have a good personality, you are not good for today's corporate world!
There are several scientists and good business men who don't have good personality, but they are famous. you may need to be very intellegent, if you have lack of personality in order to be a successful man in your life.
What do you think - personality is very important in someone's life or honesty and self-respect should be the top most priority of your life?

Yes there are few people that hav a good personality, I am lucky as many people say I have a great personality, and I always try to be nice to other people. Oh yes to be a good business person you would still need to be intelligent, in life it is very important to be honest and self respected these are my top priority.

Well I think I must have a good personality, because people really like me and are drawn to me. I try and be kind to people, I taught my daughter that is not what one looks like on the outside but what is inside that counts. And if someone has a good character and personality and is nice looking then that is a real plus.
